Connecting to TrainWiFi takes just a couple of minutes. No apps or registration required — just your phone and a bank card.
Connect to the TrainWiFi network
Open the Wi-Fi settings on your device. Find the network named TrainWiFi and connect to it. The network is available in all equipped carriages.
Tip: The network is open — no password required. The payment portal will open automatically after you connect.
The payment portal opens
After connecting to Wi-Fi, your browser will automatically redirect you to the plan selection page. If this does not happen, open any website and the redirect will trigger.
Choose a plan
The portal displays available plans for your route. Each plan shows the duration of access, speed, and price. Pick the option that suits you.
Tip: If you are unsure, start with the Basic plan — you can extend or upgrade it later.
Pay by card
A secure TipTop Pay payment form will open. Enter your bank card details (Visa or Mastercard) and confirm the payment via SMS. We do not store your card data.
Enjoy the internet
After a successful payment, access is activated automatically within seconds. You will see a confirmation page and can start using the internet right away.

What if the portal does not open automatically?
Open your browser and navigate to any HTTP website (for example, example.com). You will be automatically redirected to the payment portal.
Can I connect multiple devices?
Each payment is tied to a single device (MAC address). A separate payment is required to connect a second device.
What should I do if the payment went through but the internet does not work?
Wait 30 seconds — activation happens automatically. If the problem persists, disconnect from Wi-Fi and reconnect. Contact support if the issue is not resolved.
