Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the relationship between KAZTECHNOLOGY Engineering Company LLP (hereinafter — "Company") and the user (hereinafter — "User") when using the TrainWiFi internet access service on trains (hereinafter — "Service").

By paying for the service, the User confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

The Service provides Internet access in train carriages within the Republic of Kazakhstan. Access is provided via WiFi network based on the selected tariff plan.

3. Payment Procedure

  • Payment is made by bank card through the TipTop Pay payment system;
  • The cost of the service is determined by the selected tariff plan;
  • Settlement currency — Tenge (KZT);
  • After successful payment, the User is granted internet access for the period specified in the tariff.

4. User Rights and Obligations

The User has the right to:

  • Use the Service in accordance with the paid tariff;
  • Contact support regarding Service operation;
  • Request a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.

The User undertakes to:

  • Not use the Service for illegal activities;
  • Not distribute malware through the Service network;
  • Not resell access to third parties;
  • Comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Limitations

  • The Service is provided "as is";
  • Internet speed depends on satellite connection quality (Starlink) and may vary;
  • The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted Service operation throughout the route;
  • The Company is not responsible for content accessed through the Service.

6. Liability

The Company is not liable for losses arising from Service interruptions due to reasons beyond the Company's control (weather conditions, satellite communication failures, force majeure).
