Payment Information

1. Payment Methods

Payment for TrainWiFi services is made by bank card through the secure TipTop Pay payment system. Accepted cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard

2. Payment Security

All payments are processed through the certified TipTop Pay (api.tiptoppay.kz) provider. Your bank card data:

  • Is entered directly on the secure TipTop Pay page;
  • Is not transmitted or stored on TrainWiFi servers;
  • Is protected by SSL/TLS encryption protocol;
  • Is processed in accordance with PCI DSS standard.

3. Currency and Prices

  • All prices are listed in Tenge (KZT);
  • The cost of the service is determined by the selected tariff plan;
  • The final amount is displayed before payment confirmation;
  • No additional fees are charged.

4. Payment Process

  1. Connect to the WiFi network in the train carriage;
  2. Select a tariff plan on the payment page;
  3. Enter your email address to receive a receipt;
  4. Fill in card details on the secure TipTop Pay page;
  5. After successful payment, internet access will be provided automatically.

5. Payment Receipt

After successful payment, an electronic receipt is sent to the specified email. The receipt contains: order number, date, amount, and service description.

6. Payment Issues

If you experience payment problems:

  • Make sure your card supports online payments;
  • Check that your card has sufficient funds;
  • Try a different card;
