Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

This Refund Policy defines the terms and procedures for refunding payments for services provided by the TrainWiFi service.

2. Grounds for Refund

  • Service not provided — internet connection was not provided after payment due to technical reasons on the Service side;
  • Double charge — erroneous repeated charge for the same service;
  • Significant discrepancy — service quality significantly differed from what was stated (complete absence of connection throughout the paid period).

3. Cases Not Subject to Refund

  • Internet speed reduction due to external factors (weather, terrain, satellite overload);
  • Short-term connection interruptions (less than 50% of paid time);
  • Non-use of the service due to User's personal reasons;
  • Incompatibility of User's equipment with the WiFi network.

4. Refund Procedure

  1. Send a refund request to email: refund@kaz-technology.kz;
  2. Specify the order number, purchase date, and reason for refund;
  3. The request is reviewed within 5 business days;
  4. If approved, the refund is made to the card used for payment;
  5. Funds are credited within up to 10 business days from the refund approval.

5. Refund Amount

The refund is made in the full amount paid. Payment system commissions are not charged to the User.
