Billing System Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — "Policy") defines the procedure for collecting, using, storing, and protecting the personal data of users of the TrainWiFi service (hereinafter — "Service"), provided by KAZTECHNOLOGY Engineering Company LLP (hereinafter — "Company").

By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Data We Collect

  • Device MAC address — for session identification and internet access provision;
  • Email address — when making a purchase, to send a receipt;
  • Payment data — amount, date, and payment status (bank card data is not stored on our servers);
  • Technical information — device type, browser version, IP address, connection time.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

  • Providing internet access services on trains;
  • Processing payments and issuing electronic receipts;
  • Technical support and troubleshooting;
  • Improving service quality and analyzing usage statistics;
  • Compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Data Protection

  • Data encryption during transmission (HTTPS/TLS);
  • Payments are processed through the certified TipTop Pay provider — card data does not pass through our servers;
  • Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel;
  • Regular security system audits.

5. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except:

  • TipTop Pay payment provider — for transaction processing;
  • Government authorities — upon request in accordance with RK legislation.

6. Data Retention

Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes. Payment data is stored for 5 years in accordance with accounting requirements.

7. Your Rights

  • Request information about your data that we store;
  • Request correction of inaccurate data;
  • Request deletion of your data (except data required by law);
  • Withdraw consent to personal data processing.
